  • In compliance with Public (55 ILCS 5/3-5018.1) – $91.00
• Articles of Incorporation and related documents – $72.00
• Judgments, Documents without a legal description –$72.00
• The Recorder of Deeds may continue to charge previously allowed additional fees for Non-Standard Documents.
  • Documents not in compliance, no page count – $115.00
• Subdivision plats (maximum 18 x 36) – $176.00
